Sandy Creek Comets
Roy Hunt is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport and has coached wrestling for 18 years at Sandy Creek.
During his years at Sandy Creek, Roy's teams have won more than 150 dual meets and many invitational tournaments. They also were the Class D&E Champions in 1970 and 1975.
Roy's teams have produced more than 40 class champions, 20 Section III place-winners and 2 Section III Champions.
He is a former Frontier League Chairman and Section III Representative from the Frontier League.
Roy and Steve Jackowski worked to establish the present system of class tournaments.
