Tim Green

A New York Times-bestselling author, former NFL defensive end, and former FOX Sports broadcaster with over 20 years of legal experience with Barclay Damon LLP, Tim primarily concentrates his practice on energy, real property tax, intellectual property, and national insurance-coverage litigation. He was integrally involved in developing the firm's client base and growth in these areas and serves as the lead point of contact for the firm's largest energy and utility clients, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Tim is well known as an advocate for adolescent literacy. He has traveled the U.S. speaking at schools inspiring thousands of kids to discover the joys of reading. Tim is passionate about kids becoming kinder people and being more understanding of other people through the act of reading.

Tim grew up in Liverpool, NY and is the son of Dick and Judy Green. He was highly sought after by several top universities but decided to stay in his hometown to attend Syracuse University for post-secondary studies. Tim earned English Literature and Law degrees and amassed a long list of accomplishments while at SU. Tim lives in Skaneateles, NY with his wife, Illyssa and their five children and two grandchildren.
