Donald Grant

Donald Grant was an outstanding wrestler at Springfield College, taking the New England 175lb Championship and runner-up in the NCAA Finals in 1940.

In his 38 years at General Brown Central School, Donald served as teacher, coach, athletic director, principal and school superintendent. He was a major force in the development of wrestling program for small northern New York schools - helping establish the old Ontario Wrestling League (which becam the Frontier League) and developing the first wrestling officials organization in the area.
