Baldwinsville Bees
Coach Terry Dillon came to Baldwinsville High School in 1970 after an outstanding college career at Bowling Green in Ohio. Starting in 1970, Coach Dillon led the Junior Varsity Wrestling team at Baldwinsville to over 200 wins including a 10 year unbeaten streak in the tough OHSL North. In 1985 Coach Terry Dillon was awarded the National Assistant Coach of the Year Award by Wrestling USA Magazine. From 1985-94, Coach Dillon took over as the Baldwinsville Varsity Wrestling coach and guided the Bees to the OHSL North championship six times. During this time Coach Dillon had 44 individual OHSL champions, 21 Section III Class A champions and sent nine wrestlers to the NYS tournament at the Onondaga County War Memorial. Seven of those Section III champions placed in the state tournament when there was only one division. Included in the seven place finishes were one NYS Champion and four runners-up. Coach Dillon served as league rep for nine years. At Baldwinsville, Coach Dillon also coached boys tennis and football.
